Adecco Kendal are currently looking to recruit an experienced part time temporary Administrator to work in Kendal town centre for our public sector client.

This is a part time temporary role for approximately 6 weeks / Mon - Fri mornings / 20 to 25 hours per week.

  • Pick up post, external and internal, sort, check & scan into a work flow,

  • Taking payments and basic inbox control.

  • Computer literate - we use Civica software

  • Taking and the processing of payments via

  • Collection of post - then sorting, scanning and indexing

  • Collating of returns (gambling, house to house, street)

  • Some basic issuing of licences (mainly taxis)
