We are looking for a Logistics Administrator to work at our factory in Basingstoke. This is a temporary contract to cover maternity leave; length would be approx. 9 months.

The role will include:

  • Liaising with suppliers and hauliers to book in deliveries and collections

  • Working with the warehouse to co-orientate the booking diary

  • Monitoring a shared inbox and dealing with enquires promptly

  • Creating supplier forecasts and emailing to suppliers

  • Ensuring everything is in place for new products to be run in the factory

  • Supporting the team with other administrative tasks as required

Key Skills required:

  • Confident in Microsoft Excel and Outlook

  • Well organised

SAP experience would be an advantage, but is not essential
