Job Description

Title: Logistics Co-Ordinator

Reporting to: Head of Commercial

Salary: 35-40k

Location: Farringdon (hybrid)

Role Purpose: To oversee all aspects of supply chain management, ensuring the flow of materials and final products from suppliers to our clients. Managing all orders on internal systems, with ability to problem solve to maintain client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate and monitor supply chain operations for all clients

  • Supervise orders for dispatch, completing booking and packing forms.

  • Plan and track shipment of all orders according to each client's requirements.

  • Communicating with suppliers and Account Directors to ensure deliveries are on schedule and within targeted budgets.

  • Ensuring that shipping methods comply with rules, regulations, and laws for each jurisdiction.

  • Prepare accurate reporting on logistics for Head of Commercial.

  • Monitoring quality control reports prior to shipments and keeping warehouse capacity at optimal levels.

  • Testing transportation providers, reviewing costs and transportation rates.

  • Researching shipping options developing and analyzing new budget plans.


  • Accurate reporting and housekeeping.

  • Time management skills for data input.

  • Freight cost targets.

  • Delivery management.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Logistics Co-Ordinator preferably working within a global fulfilment model.

  • Forward thinking with sound understanding of the industry processes of how to handle common obstructions with clear solutions.

  • Strong awareness and knowledge of global supply chain.

  • Knowledge of laws, regulations, ISO requirements.

  • Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.

  • Outstanding organisational and coordination abilities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
