Logistics Coordinator


The role will be to work with the operational planning team to manage the staff logistics and to book and organise accommodation.


Responsibilities of the Function:



  • Invoice processing administration

  • Accommodation booking / transport booking for staff, finding the most economical and best solution for the company

  • Cooperation with the transport providers (all UK locations)

  • Creating schedule for transport service providers

  • Ensuring staff receive required accommodation and transport

  • Collecting information and up-date the staff logistics system

  • Ensuring accurate cost allocation records

  • Creating reports related to staff logistics.


Skills and Competences:



  • Ability to work on own initiative,

  • Prioritise work to deadlines and pay attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Strong ability to work flexibly - managing changing and competing priorities and absorbing new information rapidly to address complex issues.


Minimum Requirements:



  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office);

  • Assertive personality, accuracy.

  • detail-oriented approach to work.

  • flexibility, ability to react quickly to the operational needs

  • commitment to deliver quality work.
