Logistics Coordinator
The role will be to work with the operational planning team to manage the staff logistics and to book and organize accommodation.
Responsibilities of the Function:
- Invoice processing administration
- Accommodation booking / transport booking for staff, finding the most economical and best solution for the company
- Cooperation with the transport providers (all UK locations)
- Creating schedule for transport service providers
- Ensuring staff receive required accommodation and transport
- Collecting information and up-date the staff logistics system
- Ensuring accurate cost allocation records
- Creating reports related to staff logistics.
Skills and Competences:
- Ability to work on own initiative,
- Prioritise work to deadlines and pay attention to detail.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong ability to work flexibly - managing changing and competing priorities and absorbing new information rapidly to address complex issues.
Minimum Requirements:
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office);
- Assertive personality, accuracy.
