UK Logistics Coordinator

35hrs per week, Monday- Friday, 9am-5pm

£20,500, p.a

Based in Sowton

We are currently seeking an experienced administrator to join a well-established global business based on the outskirts of Exeter. The successful candidate will be responsible for the timely and accurate handling of B2B Customer Service enquiries of a dedicated UK account base

  • Receive & process customer orders, queries, credit requests and information requests

  • Effectively support the sales team by seeking out and providing accurate information

  • Communicate and/or resolve all matters of a dedicated client base

  • Build & maintain relationships with an existing client base

  • Provide top quality customer service - answering queries, checking orders

  • Liaising with other departments to deliver a full service

This role is fast paced and requires someone with a logistical and proactive approach to planning and administrative tasks who also enjoys customer interaction & providing a great customer journey.


  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong IT skills (experience using SAP preferred but not essential)

  • Strong Administration skills

  • Excellent Customer Service experience

  • Able to work as park of a team

  • Responsible, organised and methodical with the ability to multi-task.
