We have an exciting opportunity to join our stations team for a new project!

Location: London Paddington

Pay rate: £11 per hour

Duration: 12th December to 5TH January

Shift Patterns: To be discussed as various shifts available - you will need to be available both weekdays/weekends

Adecco UK are currently seeking committed and Safety conscious staff to work as a Luggage Assistant at Paddington!

Our Luggage Assistants will provide a First-class service to our customers assisting them with their luggage as they embark on their journey and as they reach their destination whilst ensuring their luggage remains safely secure whilst on board.

Role Description:

As the first or last point of contact on a customer's journey, you'll be assisting the customers in the station with their luggage as they onboard/depart a train.

You would be ensuring the safety of a customer's luggage throughout the duration of their journey and once they reach their intended destination, you will assist in safely readying a customer's luggage for departure.

You will also provide general information to members of the public/customers to ensure they understand where to go during their journey.

You will be involved in....

  • Meeting and greeting our customers as they enter and leave our station

  • Supporting customers with Luggage handling

  • Ensuring the safety of the station environment

  • Providing a friendly and personable service

Please note a zero-alcohol tolerance is to be adhered to working on the railway and candidates cannot turn up under the influence of alcohol.
