Adecco have a fantastic opportunity to join a company based in Hungerford. Our client is looking for a Machine Operative to join their team on a permanent basis. The role is working Monday - Friday offering a salary £19,000 - £22,000.


Role involves shift work - (Shift A.06.00 to 1400) (Shift B 14:00 to 23:00Mon to Thurs Friday 14:00 to 18:00) (Shift C. 23:00to 06:00) per week Monday to Friday.


Duties and responsibilities include:



  • To ensure the timely production of digital print work, utilizing all available digital print equipment.

  • Ability to deliver a high standard of work on a consistent basis.

  • Some basic administrative work, including data entry.


Skills/Experience:



  • Strong attention to detail

  • Good communication skills, both verbal & written

  • Ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict delivery deadlines

  • Able to understand and follow clear work instructions

  • Flexible approach and able to use own initiative when required

  • Prioritisation skills are essential as well as the ability to effectively manage your own workload

  • Experience within a manufacturing environment is preferential but not essential as full training will be given to the successful applicant
