Our client specialises in CNC precision engineering, they are currently recruiting for a Machine Shop Manager to join their manufacturing facility in Poole. The Machine Shop Manager plays a crucial role with direct supervision and development of our teams.


You will be responsible for ensuring smooth work-flow is achieved utilising labour and equipment effectively to efficiently produce a high quality product delivered on time whilst complying with health and safety requirements. Ensuring the manufacturing facility is maintained to world class standards by utilisation of lean manufacturing techniques.


Responsible for your team's compliance with the quality system, ensuring continued maintenance and improvements of tools and materials. You will also contribute to strategic decisions such as budget planning and production improvement.


To be successful in role you will have excellent organisational and planning skills and the ability to influence others, lead a team and as well as good team player to collaborate with other departments. We work in a fast past environment so you will be flexible and be adaptable to the changing demands.


Salary - £45,000 - £50,000 Per Annum


Term - Full time Permanent role (Mon - Fri) 39 Hours Per Week
