Hours :10pm-6am rotating to 2pm-10pm


Candidate needs to be flexible with working hours!



Due to rapid growth Adecco's client based in Leamington Spa are looking for new high calibre members to work in their production team. This is a hands-on role requiring excellent manufacturing process awareness and proven mechanical skills. This role will offer an excellent opportunity within part of a growing team of technicians who form the hub of manufacturing operations. Focused on safe practice, 100% quality, On-time delivery, and enthusiasm for continuous improvement. Due to the bespoke nature of our client's machinery, it is highly likely you will be starting from scratch with your knowledge of process's.

  • Ability to read technical drawings

  • Confident automated / servo controlled mechanical machinery

Roles and Responsibilities



  • Setting and Operating automated cutting machinery

  • Setting and Operating rewinding / rotary machinery

  • Carrying out all relevant quality inspections accurately

  • Carrying out basic/advanced machine maintenance

  • Supporting all areas of production depending on workload

  • Support and sustain a Lean culture
