We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Administrator to join an organisation based in Redbridge.


The company are a successful property management company who manage properties up and down the country. As a Maintenance Administrator, you will be liaising with property owners, tenants, local authorities and engineers to respond to issues in a timely manner, as well as ensuring compliance and health and safety certification remains updated.



Your day to day duties will include:



  • Managing a large portfolio of properties in relation to maintenance and repairs.

  • Arranging maintenance jobs from raising jobs, completing jobs, using CRM system, and dealing with general day to day queries from local authorities, landlords and service users.

  • Answering a high level of calls from tenants, landlords, contractors, Local Authorities.

  • Assisting with lettings, quoting rents, providing relevant information, and arranging appointments for lettings manager to view properties.

  • Provide quotes to landlords for new acquisition works in order for the property to meet Local Authority rental standards.

  • To keep up to date records of work, to gather statistical information and produce reports where necessary.

  • To ensure that company policy and procedures regarding finances are followed in relation to repairs and maintenance.

  • Inspecting properties to check reported issues and to check contractors works once completed

  • Resolving Local Authority complaints, ASB complaints, tenant complaints and providing excellent customer service.

  • Signing off and processing invoices from contractors, uploading invoices ready for payment for the finance department onto their CRM system.

  • Creating staff rotas and updating the in-house contractor rotas.

  • Using the CRM system to update property information, raise jobs, assign contractors to jobs, close off jobs, create invoices for landlords.
