We are excited to be working with an established company who are experts in facilities management delivering both hard and soft FM to the public and private sectors.


They are currently looking for an Experienced Compliance Manager to join their busy team who will oversee compliance of several Schools across East and North London reporting into the Hard Services & Contract Manager.


Experience of Facilities, H&S Legislation & Compliance are essential along with relevant qualifications. Public/ Education experience is highly desirable.


Salary up to £40K dependant on Experience


37.5 Hours per week

Duties:



  • Manage, monitor, review and improve compliance to the Contract, either directly or through contractors

  • Identifying cost-saving and profit-making opportunities

  • Ensuring service contracts are in place and documentation is uploaded and available for


ad-hoc audits



  • Review PPM and Reactive jobs on Helpdesk

  • Technical and Contractual Reporting

  • Track RBM Requirements

  • Arrange and delegate necessary work to caretaking team

  • Providing overall leadership to site teams

  • Development of technical skills within the in-house caretaking team and Site Managers

  • Build professional relationships with key external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Assist the Contract Manager to develop and maintain systems and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the service

  • Conduct internal audits, ensuring actions are reported and closed within an appropriate timeframe

  • Asset tagging and PPM processing

  • Logging and auditing of FFE

  • Continued Development of QFM as an Asset Management tool
