Our client based in Leamington Spa, are looking for a 'handy man' to support with the maintenance of one of their sites. This role is for someone who likes a varied role and can work covering all areas of electrics ( lighting) plumbing, paining and decorating and general labour
Duties
- To complete all works of maintenance on-site
- Painting and decorating
- Electrics- including lamp changes
- Basic plumbing
- General Labour
- 18th edition desirable
- Full time and permanent role starting ASAP
