My Client based in Windermere has a fantastic opportunity for a Maintenance Operative to join the regional operations team, a role which would see you taking accountability for Maintenance in our properties. To provide an essential service to homeowners; the managed service takes the stress away from letting out a holiday home, as we take care of cleaning, maintenance, check in - you name it, we'll simplify the process and take the pressure away.


Reporting to the Maintenance Senior, this is an exciting new opportunity for a Maintenance Operative to join the team. You'll be responsible for delivering quality maintenance to our owner's homes ensuring that guests have an amazing stay, every time.


This is a genuinely exciting role for an operationally-focused team member who enjoys building fantastic teams which delight owners and guests through amazing local service delivery.


Monday to Friday, But weekend availability is booked weeks in advance.


Salary: £24,423 per annum


I know it sounds a clich�, but this is a role where no two days are the same. Some of your key responsibilities will include:



  • Managing 3rd party maintenance suppliers to deliver excellent operations to our owners and guests, ensuring a consistently high quality when it comes to general maintenance.

  • Ensuring we have an appropriate supply of 3rd party technicians/specialists, for both present and future needs

  • Ensuring all work you complete is within specified H&S procedures

  • Building a strong employer/contractor brand locally

  • Using data to inform how we deliver and optimise quality, reliability and cost of service delivery
