We currently have an opportunity for a Management Accounts Assistant to join a successful business based in Romford. The role is a 15 month maternity contract, and we are ideally looking for candidates immediately available with previous management accounts expeirence.

Your duties will include:

  • Reconciliation of Bank account and card payments

  • Processing company expenses (Sage)

  • Reconciliation of monthly premium BDX

  • Raising payments and refunds ready for authorisation

  • Assist with preparation of monthly management accounts

We are looking for candidates with a good understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet & Cashflow statements and experience in a similar role previously. Unfortunately only minimal training will be provided due to the fact it is a Maternity Contract. If you feel you have the relevant skills and experience, please submit your CV.
