Title - Marketing Admin (maternity leave)

Salary - £10 -£12 p/h

Hours - 25.5 h/pw

Location - Poole

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Administrator to join a local company specialising in the design and manufacturing of machinery for the Global electronics industry to cover maternity leave

Roles and responsibilities

  • Monitor contact inbox looking for leads

  • Forward leads to Sales manager

  • Create leads/accounts for new enquiries

  • Create lead reports for sales manager

  • Assign Gator leads to Sales manager

  • Create Gator lead reports for Sales managers

  • Keep detailed records of all leads and progress with Sales managers/CRM

  • Website Admin

  • Update Facebook, LinkedIn, Yammer with news both external and internal

  • Brochure maintenance

  • Assist with Trade shows and Open days

  • Enter weekly reports in CRM

  • Cover reception when required

  • Help prepare for customer meetings/sales meetings

  • Help Sales team arrange meetings

  • Make hotel and general travel bookings (specific for Sales Team)


  • Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint

  • Experience using CRM Systems

  • Highly organised


  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience
