Marketing Coordinator
£20,000-£24,000 per annum

Maternity cover - 12 months
Mon- Fri 9am-5pm

Job Spec:



  • First point of contact for resolving queries that arise daily via phone/ email

  • Provide administrative support

  • Maintain a close working relationship with clients

  • Monitor and action incoming marketing communications

  • Process applications

  • Process claims and credits

  • Coding of invoices

  • Maintain the CRM/ System

  • Comply with internal administrative processes and procedures

  • Understand and comply with all relevant company policies.


Person Spec:



  • Customer service experience is essential.

  • IT Literate and competent user of Microsoft packages (Outlook, Excel, Word)

  • Personal attributes: positive, resilient, personable, calm under pressure and resourceful.

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

  • Excellent time management, multitasking skills and ability to meet deadlines set.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Ability to use own initiative.

  • Strong organisational skills.
