Social Media and Digital Content Marketing Executive/Manager


Job Objectives


The goal is to grow and maintain positive public awareness of the company and its brand. The Social Media and Digital Content Marketing Executive/Manager will act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all social media, influencers, promotional events and online communications. In this role you will be responsible for designing and implementing the Social Media and Digital Content strategy aligned with marketing strategies, in order to generate high demand and continuously engage with consumers, communities and influencers. The role reports to the Head of Marketing.



Responsibilities




  • Develop, implement and maintain high quality social media and digital content strategies to align with marketing strategies

  • Create and deliver content calendar across all social channels, web, blog and newsletters, as well as a calendar of key seasonal events and themes aligned with marketing calendar and industry trends

  • Set up and implement social media campaigns for new customer attraction, customer retention, and increase conversion rate (paid and organic / PPC, SEO)

  • Considerably grow community accounts (include but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube) and traffic to web

  • Manage all social media channels on a day-to-day basis, schedule and publish posts and respond to comments and followers/customer queries in a timely manner ensuring optimum reach and engagement rates

  • Manage and optimise the launch new products on social media channels

  • Build and manage relationships with customers, bloggers, industry professionals and influencers including online forum and event management

  • Identify, track, analyse and report relevant community metrics, online customer engagement metrics and campaigns performance (KPIs)

  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media (including ecommerce capabilities)

  • Management of relevant third parties

  • Any other duties as required.




The Ideal Candidate




  • Marketing Degree

  • Professional experience with agency background preferred and proven experience in social media and content management

  • Consumer goods experience in food, health and beauty sectors is a plus

  • Confident user of various social media platforms particularly on Instagram and Facebook

  • Previous experience of content/copywriting and creative flair

  • Analytical with excellent attention to detail

  • Always up to date and following current social media trends

  • An ambitious and self-motivated individual, with demonstrated solid campaigns and projects management skills

  • Aim to deliver business goals, is result/performance oriented with a positive attitude and growth mindset
