Marketing Executive Wanted

Based in Kingswinford

Salary £25,000 - £30,000PA

My client is looking to recruit an experienced marketing executive to join their team on a permanent basis. Working alongside the group marketing team and the Business Unit Director.

Successful Candidates:

  • A Degree in Marketing, Digital Media and Marketing or relevant field is essential.

  • A professional recognised marketing qualification, such as CIM, would be beneficial but not essential.

  • Experience of working for an international business would be beneficial.

  • Digital marketing experience in particular, using social media is essential.

  • Experience of customer segmentation - marketing to end users, specifiers and key customers is essential.

  • Experience of Google AdWords and SEO is beneficial.

  • Experience of using Mailchimp or an alternative marketing email platform would be beneficial.

  • Understanding of customer segmentation/building personas.

  • Experience of using CRM systems such as Sage or an alternative platform would be beneficial.

  • Strong project management/organisational skills.

The Role:

  • Plan and implement targeted marketing communications activities using the full marketing mix (internal and external communications)

  • Support and drive the Group marketing strategy to 'become the global world leader

  • Work with key stakeholders, to plan and execute the agreed digital marketing plans, including SEO/SEM/PPC, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns, new product launches, video content, etc.

  • Work with key stakeholders manage the social media presence for the business, support the sales team with content development, work with social media influencers and test campaigns, analysing performance, and auditing activity.

  • Identify trends and insights to optimise spend and performance based on the insights.

  • Work with key stakeholders, colleagues, and external parties, to regularly update the website, ensuring all online content is correct and accurate for all product lines including technical data, approvals, standards and certifications, features & benefits, etc.
