Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

My client is looking for an experienced B2B Marketing Executive to join their Marketing team. The purpose of the role is to generate new client leads by supporting the marketing team with digital campaigns, social media, the production of sales material and events.

This role will be based in their London Office in Shoreditch. This role will report into the Senior Marketing Executive.


  • Develop, execute and implement sales material across the sales team and branch network

  • Work with the marketing team to generate marketing campaigns which engage customers throughout the sales funnel - online and offline

  • Promote services to increase brand awareness and demand generation

  • Plan and manage aspects of lead generation and marketing automation campaigns

  • Work closely with the design team, co- ordinating, briefing and reviewing artworks prior to sign off.

  • Identify, develop and execute activities to develop the market, expand customer base and drive leads

  • Effectively account managing client relationships to build effective long-term partnerships

  • Creating and activating marketing campaigns

  • Write, design and schedule social media posts across a range of channels.

  • Take the lead in day-to-day marketing tasks.

  • Support the wider marketing team with ad-hoc brand development or transformation programmes.

  • Use agile sprint planning to effectively schedule workload and streamline processes.

  • Working in partnership with the candidate acquisition marketing team to develop nurture campaigns


  • Wealth of marketing experience within lead generation.

  • Experience of working in a sales environment

  • A strong work ethic with the ability to manage your own workload effectively

  • Excellent networking skills

  • Self-motivated and takes ownership of work

  • Stakeholder management experience essential
