Job Purpose



To own our clients content marketing efforts with the aim to generate revenue, grow relevant traffic and enhance brand awareness.


You will work with the rest of the marketing team to plan, write and produce engaging content for a variety of media that fulfils the needs of our target audiences.


You will also be expected to work in conjunction with the wider team, producing on-brand point of sale materials for Front of House and working alongside the tech team to develop compelling messaging for new products and services.



Key Responsibilities and Duties



  • Develop a content marketing strategy that encompasses website and blog content, CRM, socials and link-

  • Undertake industry and keyword research to ensure that content acquires relevant organic traffic

  • Monitor the performance of content via a range of key metrics, including traffic and

  • Be the on-hand marketing officer and liaise with the wider company about marketing the marketing

  • Voice ideas and collaborate with the CMO on the overall marketing

  • Work with third parties/agencies accordingly Need to have:

  • Experience in content marketing

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Proficiency in SEO

  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Analytics/Search Console)

  • Proficiency in at least one SEO tool (ahrefs, for example)

  • Experience in marketing for a B2B brand

  • CRM experience

  • Strong understanding of branding and tone of voice



Good to have



  • Copywriting experience

  • Email marketing experience

  • An eye for good design

  • Experience in paid marketing channels (PPC / paid socials)

Working Conditions




  • The role will be a mixture of office-based and remote

  • The normal working day will start at 8:00am until 5:00pm. A period for lunch and breaks should be Flexibility will be provided but the individual must be contactable.

  • In exceptional circumstances the individual may be required to work outside of these hours, the business will take every reasonable measure to ensure this is planned and outside of the normal working hours

  • Management will carry out periodic performance and a competency
