Salary - £45,000 to £55,000

Bonus: Min £3,000 Max £5,000

We have a great opportunity to work for a Global Manufacturing business, working out of their Lydney site, with a hybrid work from home model.

The main purpose of the role is to promote all the brands in the company's portfolio in the

UK and Eire preferred routes to market. To build Brand equity and awareness in the territory

and implement the regional Marketing strategy at local level, and develop marketing

collaterals consistent with corporate guidelines and communication.

Responsible for:

  • Development of the UK group marketing plan in agreement with the MD and liaising with the Sales directors,

  • Budget management consistent with the marketing and business plans.

  • Developing and maintaining UK corporate presentations for the business.

  • Collating / maintaining / interpreting and sharing market analytical data and marketing intelligence for all business segments (providing benchmarks in terms of new products,

  • performances, prices, discounts, sales campaigns, etc. to support the MD and the sales directors in the definition of the UK strategy

  • development of annual marketing plans consistent with the agreed annual business plan.

  • The POS (point of sale, Leaflets / Catalogues / etc…) and other marketing assets in terms of stock management and distribution in line with the marketing and sales plans.

  • external and internal communication as well as the contacts with the specialised press for media plan and local interviews/ articles.

  • local web site and social media management.

  • CRM database management, leads generation and marketing automation

  • Development of sales campaigns consistent with the company's business plans, in Conjunction with the Sales Directors

  • Development and execution of customer events and product field demos

  • Price List Management and Distribution. Price & Product Market Intelligence

  • Co-ordinate and execute trade exhibitions consistent with corporate guidelines

  • Work closely with central marketing and communications

Key Skills

  • Marketing Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years in an operational and strategic marketing environment.

  • Preferably experience in the Agricultural industry/Tractors, industrial vehicles, Forklift etc Manufacturers or dealership / Farming group / Automotive industry.
