Then this role might be for you. I'm currently recruiting for my client Nike who are based in Kings Cross. They're looking to recruit a Marketing Operations Associate to join the team.


The role is Hybrid working (3 days office based, and two days working from home).


Based in London, you will be part of the London key city marketing team.
This team is responsible for humanising our brand through relationships on the ground with key communities, athletes, and athletes* that move sport forward through movement and culture.

You will be passionate about product, but equally about sport and culture. With an ability to work across multiple sport and brand moments at once to best serve our consumer and strengthen our relationships.



What will you work on?


As London Sports Performance & Lifestyle Marketing Operations Associate you will be a part of the London Brand Management function, reporting directly to the London Sports Performance & Lifestyle Marketing Manager. Primarily focused on product management, you core duties will include:



  • Working closely with sports performance and lifestyle leads to ensure the key seasonal product is ordered for brand moments, content shoots and our brand relationships.

  • Manage and maintain the brand team's stock-room.

  • Build seasonal overviews and coverage reports around key moments.

  • Own one marketing tracker to ensure alignment across the team.

  • Create regular insights on the wider industry to share with the team and share new faces changing in the world of sport and culture.



Who will you work with?


In this role you will work fluidly across the full city marketing team, aligning to roles & responsibilities within the Agile Brand Management team to support the full team across performance and lifestyle.


Your day to day work will vary based on the key moments in the city, sport and culture as well as seasonal product flows.


What you bring to Nike?


Essential requirements:



  • 1+ Year of relevant experience in retail, marketing or relationship management.

  • A passion for sport or lifestyle and product.

  • Good communication skills

  • A desire & willingness to adapt in an agile fashion to our consumer's and organisation's needs to deepen our relationships with members

  • Team player - a desire to work collaboratively and push the brand forwards as part of a broader team.


Advantageous experience:



  • Prior experience of relationship management


Retail or stock-room experience/experience using SAP systems.
