My Client, in the Kingswinford area, is looking to recruit a Marketing Specialist to join their expanding team.



Duties Include but are not limited to:




  • Develop and implement worldwide goal-driven digital marketing initiatives involving SEO, Social Media, E-Commerce, Digital Campaigns.

  • Analyze metrics, conversion data, trends and recommend strategies to enhance marketing effectiveness across customers and channel partners.

  • Manage E-commerce initiatives that result in online revenue and profit growth.

  • Develop and monitor campaigns and budgets.

  • Plan and manage social media outreach and platforms.

  • Prepare accurate reports on marketing performance.

  • Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.

  • Evaluate important metrics that affect website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.

  • Work with teams to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.

  • Oversee and manage European trade shows, public relations, email campaigns, advertising, and other special product or market campaigns.

  • Communicate strategies, plans and needed actions effectively across the organization to assure alignment and achievement.



Skills/Experience Required:



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field.

  • Experience in BTB digital marketing or advertising (preferably in an industrial, telecom or construction market).

  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.

  • Solid understanding of key tools such as Adobe, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, HTML, CSS, Google Analytics and JavaScript.

  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.

  • European Multi-lingual skills are beneficial.

  • Must have excellent writing skills with grammatically correct copy that will engage readers.

  • Thorough understanding of language, grammar, writing, editing and style distinctions. Samples of copy and digital marketing campaigns will be required.
