Job Profile:

As a master data analyst, your role will be to ensure the accuracy of all master data elements to deliver a seamless network and outstanding customer experience. Ensuring all SLA's are being tracked, measured and achieved and reviewing and developing tools / processes to enable the Ashford team to deliver in the most efficient way possible.

Work closely with the team to manage workloads, balance and support as required.


- Managing the inbound workload of data tickets and ensuring targets are being met

- Managing code creations to ensure all codes are created in a timely manner and in line with SLA's

- Periodic reporting against varies data metrics to capture accuracy levels and highlight / fix any discrepancies

- Supporting local and international projects to improve the capabilities and deliverables of all stakeholders

- Root cause analysis on any out-of-target processes to provide data / action plans for resolution

- Knowledge gathering / sharing with local teams on unknown processes / fields

- Validation of data

- Support with testing of new global tools / transactions and provide feedback / training as required

- Challenging existing processes / knowledge in favour of driving efficiency's
