My client is looking for a General Office Administratrator do a 12 month Maternity cover Starting next week.


The roll will predominately be Date entry however will include the following duties:



  • Answer telephone (first 3 rings)

  • Emails

  • Input new jobs into the job book and on the system

  • Create order acknowledgements

  • Create job packs

  • Visual compliance checks

  • Update electronic Job book accordingly

  • Create delivery notes and day work sheet as required

  • Arrange courier transport

  • Copy relevant documents when required

  • Filing all correspondence (customer and supplier) documents

  • Create new customer files

  • Assist accounts with recording invoice numbers

  • Produce excel spreadsheet & documents when required

  • Placing requests on the buylist

  • Assist to carry out stock checks and audits
