I'm delighted to represent our global client in their search for a Mechanical Engineering Supervisor, with Electronic experience to join their business on a permanent basis.

You will ideally have experience of working within an engineering or manufacturing environment, and a strong history of supervisory experience.

Reporting to the shift manager your duties will include but is not limited to the following:

-Delegating to a team of 4 engineers on a daily basis.
-Scheduled maintenance, inspection and repair on machinery and parts including conveyors, crushers, heavy plant, gearboxes, hydraulics and motors etc.
- Oiling & cleaning machinery and parts
- Carrying out scheduled overhaul and replacing parts that have reached the end of their working life
- Responding immediately to machinery breakdown
- Electrical knowledge.

My client are offering additional training on particular machinery, to enhance the right candidates current skill set.

You should have previous experience of working as a mechanical engineer. Candidates should demonstrate excellent mechanical engineering skills and you will have the knowledge required to service, maintain and repair equipment including heavy plant, crushers, gear boxes and motors.
