Medical Admin/Reception


We are currently recruiting a Medical Administrator/Receptionist to support our client within the medical sector.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES



  • deal with telephone and email enquiries, using an email system (e.g. Microsoft Outlook)

  • photocopy and print various documents,

  • organise and store paperwork, documents and computer-based information

  • keep diaries and arrange appointments

  • liaise with staff in other departments and with external contacts

  • Registration of patients, filing and maintaining accurate medical records

  • Screening incoming telephone calls; recording and transmitting messages; scheduling, receiving, and announcing scheduled patients and visitors; screening unscheduled patients and visitors; scheduling appointments for consultations.

  • Creating and updating spreadsheets and databases


REQUIRED



  • Enhanced DBS (or happy to have a check completed)


Hours: 3 different shifts available


Shift 1: Monday to Friday 4pm-10pm


Shift 2: Saturday & Sunday 8am-4pm


Shift 3: Saturday & Sunday 4pm-10pm


Salary: £10-£11.00 per hour


Type: Temp ongoing, Temp to Perm for the right candidate
