As a Document Archive Assistant, you will be part of a team working within a large medical records storage facility responsible for ensuring all requests for health records are dealt with in an efficient, professional and sensitive manner. Duties include:

  • Tracking, storing and retrieving health records accurately for patient clinics

  • Preparing health records in a timely manner

  • Liaising with internal and external departments confidently through telephone or face-to-face contact.

  • Preparing new folders for damaged records and highlighting any inconsistencies relating to holding patient health records.

  • Using I.T systems to manage the information recorded and enacting good GDPR practices.

Ideal candidates will:

  • Be able to work to targets, managing multiple tasks.

  • Have good communication skills.

  • Have basic level of IT knowledge.

  • Possess strong attention to detail.

  • Be self-motivated and driven to provide the best possible service.

No previous experience is required as FULL TRAINING will be provided for the right candidates who demonstrate a desire and good attitude to work. Warehouse and filing experience will be an advantage.

Working hours: Set shifts, 8am- 4pm & 2pm - 10pm, Monday to Friday - Flexibility to work overtime.
