Core responsibilities:

  • Coordinating the company's membership recruitment processes

  • Collating and updating data capture forms and systems

  • Responsible for changes and updates to member information in company databases

  • Assist the Membership Manager with the yearly subscription and retention process

  • Maintaining Membership trackers and collating relevant information for reporting purposes

  • Printing and posting of certificates

  • Provide support to the Membership Manager and Technical Officer for the coordination of the Code of Conduct audits.

  • Work closely with the Marketing and Communications team in management of data and membership enquiries for the members log in area of the website

  • Administer membership access to online platforms

  • Assist the Membership Manager in the coordination of events, including dealing with sponsorship and administration of awards entries


  • First point of contact for all training and services enquiries into the company

  • Ascertaining customer training & services needs and recommending appropriate solutions.

  • Utilising internal management systems to coordinate training enquiries and funding/invoicing requirements

  • Managing organisational training related trackers.

  • Producing monthly statistics on training activity and funding activity.

  • Coordinating and producing relevant information for funding submissions and reports.

  • Supporting the Training Manager in areas relating to the roll out of the Approved Training organisation and the delivery of high-quality training solutions.

  • Administering learner data for assured licensed courses including liaising with approved training providers.

General office administration:

  • Frontline answering of the telephone & general emails, including responding to general enquiries and signposting to other members of staff

  • Assist the Office and Finance Manager in the processing/raising invoices

  • Assisting with Credit control

  • Filing/maintenance/inputting of records (physical and electronic) including archiving

  • Assist in the coordination of all postal tasks, including processing in/outward post, bulk mailings, making up packs, issuing of certificates

  • General word processing/Spreadsheet use

  • Printing/copying/scanning
