To work a 35-hour week which includes weekends, Bank holidays, sleep in duties on a rotation basis 365 days of the year.


� A good flexible approach to all duties is essential.


� To report all housing maintenance to relevant department.


� Health & Safety/Fire Issues to comply with all relevant Health & Safety/Fire Procedures and bring related difficulties and concerns to the attention of the Line Manager/supervisor and relevant agencies.



SERVICE USERS


� To plan and prepare packages of support for Service Users on the assessment of their needs.


� To liaise and work with other professionals such as Care Coordinators, Psychiatrists, GP's, Police and CPN's for the benefits of the Service Users. To support and contribute to meetings on behalf of Service Users.


� To work with those involved with the Service Users to ensure the best outcome for the Service User, those involved may include family members, Carers and other professionals.


� To keep regular records using IT, produce reports and contribute to multi agency discussions as required for our service user.


� To accompany and escort Service Users as necessary for their wellbeing as part of the Care Program and growth.


� To monitor, encourage and report on the wellbeing of the Service User this may include people subject to guardianship or a section of the Mental Health Act 1983.


� To bring to the attention of the Line Manager/Supervisor any issues of concern to the Service Users welfare.


� To organise and facilitate social activities for the Service Users.


FINANCE


� To be responsible for handling Service User and Departmental money, issuing receipts and paying in including the management of long-term benefits and budgets as required. Having knowledge of Personalisation procedure
