ADECCO South Wales are looking for a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor. This role is based across Cardiff, Newport and Bristol.

This is 'hands-on' role and you will be on the road most of your day, so a full driving licence is essential.



The Role:


You will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services and excellent customer service.



You will be required to be resourceful and troubleshoot a range of different situations.


You will have to complete cleaning audits.


Complete 'trial clean' interviews with new employees.


Involved with training new team members



The Ideal Candidate:


You must be flexible, have a proactive 'can do' attitude and be able to remain calm under pressure.


You must be able to clean to an exceptionally high standard. Experience in a cleaning role not required, but an eagerness to learn is essential.


Supervisory experience an advantage.


You must have excellent communication and organisational skills.


Willingness to learn, develop and grow in the role.



Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work


40 hours paid minimum (regardless of hours worked) plus additional hours paid


£9.50/hr with specialised cleaning services paid at higher rate
