Location: London, Tottenham Court Road area


Duration: 6 June 2022 - 5 June 2023


Onsite Working Schedule:- 3 Days office, 2 days remote


Applicable Bonus: Company Plan (Yearly)


Salary: £44,000 - £53,000

You'll work as part of our client's team that manages the largest-publishers in the world to design the best in class education events and programs for them while building a strong community.



The Monetisation Program Manager will be responsible for organising partner outreach, webinar trainings, workshops, communications, and events at scale across EMEA, aligning with the business strategy, objectives and product releases. They will oversee all aspects of event management and production, from event calendar management to follow up analysis that will inform future program strategy. They will work very closely with many internal stakeholders across EMEA and North America. They are responsible for measuring the success of each event with the relevant KPI' and for building a strong community of publishers .



In addition, the monetisation program manager be responsible for scaled growth initiative with partner's:



  • Long term: Drive end to end forward-looking long term client education/support strategy for EMEA

  • Communication: Coordinate, collaborate and communicate across a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders and clients on global level to execute strategy

  • Execution: Execute highly effective scaled EMEA events, trainings, workshops, and communications external clients that align with business objectives and have measurable impact. Oversee all aspects of event management and production: content and program development, logistics, invitations, promotions, approvals, sourcing speakers etc.

  • Analysis: Collect, analyse, and interpret performance data to support the planning and implementation of long term initiatives & develop executive-level performance presentations to present to all levels of management

  • Stakeholder Management: Managing internal and external stakeholders on a global level in addition to small events team



Mandatory:



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in the ad tech industry

  • Program management experience, including managing multiple internal stakeholders, external creative agencies, events vendors, budgets and multi-region projects

  • Proficiency in excel, data analysis, Google tools , SQL, html

  • Distinctive problem-solving, analytical capabilities with a track record of setting and delivering against measurable objectives and metrics

  • Ability to thrive while working in ambiguity in a fast-moving environment

  • Extremely well organised individual - Time management is of the utmost importance

  • Excellent communication & presentation skills

  • Proactive - Can spot gaps in processes and suggest solutions to improve.



Desired:



  • Proven Executive liaison able to gain trust and support from senior stakeholders

  • Understanding of the publisher Ad tech industry, programmatic advertising

  • Effectively analyse and interpret data/information to garner key insights and present the information in a clear, concise, and polished manner

  • Excellent collaboration skills, and ability to work with multiple stakeholders across diverse teams

  • Accountable for accuracy, thoroughness, thought process, timeliness and viability of recommendations
