Adecco are currently recruiting for a Mortgage Administrator to join our client based in Central Milton Keynes. This is a permanent opportunity paying between £20k - £23k per annum. The successful candidate will be working within a fast paced, customer focused environment where attention to detail is essential.


We are looking for a strong character, who can use their own initiative and think on their feet. We are looking for a proactive and highly motivated individual with proven ability to work efficiently and on their own within a fast paced working environment. Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous however is not essential.


Role Requirements / Responsibilities: The mortgage administrator will work very closely with a team of experienced advisers on mortgage cases. You'll gain a great understanding of the mortgage market and will act as a point of contact for customers, lenders, builders and solicitors as part of their mortgage application.


Ensuring that systems and processes are always followed accordingly


Deal with day to day client, intermediary and transaction enquiries


Assist in the preparation of applications,


Following up on internal approvals and information requests


Provide support to all operational mortgage administration processes


Liaise with advisers, lenders, solicitors and clients


The ideal candidate:


Experience within administration Knowledge within the mortgage sector
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Time management skills
Ability to prioritise workloads
Excellent attention to detail
Exceptional standards of customer service

Working hours: (Monday - Friday) 8.30am - 5pm
