As Business Development Manager, you'll join a team of over 100 logistics and technology experts and a new commercial growth engine, to help us deliver our three-year vision and accelerate to the very top of one of the world's most important industries.


The role.


As Business Development Manager, you'll join a team of 70+ logistics experts, 30+ top technologists


and a new commercial growth engine.


You'll work at the intersection of business, logistics and technology, establishing the needs of new and existing customers to identify and deliver the right solution that will enable our customers to grow their business, work smarter and faster.


As a member of our growing Sales Team, you'll play a crucial role in helping us meet the increasing customer demand for our unique Logistics Service and SaaS platform.


What you'll do.



  • Build, develop and maintain relationships with customers in your territory making regular scheduled visits and calls

  • Manage customer expectations in line with achievable operational service levels

  • Secure profitable business in order to achieve agreed sales targets, identify new opportunities and upsell within your customer base as well as bring on brand new business/customers

  • Create opportunities to sell my clients technology products with existing and new customers, to understand their needs and provide the right solution

  • Acquire new strategic customers within existing or new market segments, with a proactive policy towards prospects
