Adecco are proud to be working with a food distribution company who are expanding their team, see below:


Job Title: Warehouse Operative / Picker / Packer


Location: Canterbury (rural MUST DRIVE)


Salary: £22,698


Hours: 5 out of 7 (will include weekend working) 45 hours per week between the hours of 5pm-4am

Key responsibilities within your new role would be to:



  • Pick and pack items from pick sheets

  • Ensure orders are picked in a timely manner ready for distribution

  • Ensure items are packed carefully and not damaged

  • Load orders onto vehicles in order of delivery routes

  • Work at a fast pace to ensure KPIs are met


Experience and skills required for this position:



  • Flexibility with days, 7 day operation and will be required to work weekends

  • Attention to detail

  • Work as part of a team but also on own initiative

  • Have their own transport due to location

  • Previous experience within a food production role
