Non Domestic EPC Assessor (NDEA)

Addeco's specialist Property Services & Building Safety Division are working with a Midlands based, Compliance Services provider to assist them in recruiting two Non-Domestic EPC Assessors on a permanent basis.

Job purpose

Producing EPCs on Commercial properties across South Yorkshire, the Midlands and Oxford.

Core Duties

• Inspecting Commercial properties


• Collecting data during the site visit


• Modelling the commercial property using 3D software (Design Builder)


• Producing the EPC via recognised EPC software


• Lodgement of level 3 & 4 EPCs


• Able to work countrywide

Qualifications

• NDEA Level 3


• NDEA Level 4


• EPC accreditation

Package & benefits

• £30-40,000 per annum depending on experience


• You would wish to see slightly higher salaried candidates with the right experience give then climate
