Location: Nottingham

Duration: 6 months (potential extension depending on client)

Work Pattern: Mond - Friday - 8-4.30pm OR 8.30 - 5pm (37.5hrs FT)

Rate: Competitive

To maintain end to end control over customer job request requirements. This includes administrative support to field engineers, internal liaison and management of the customer's expectations and work requirements to ensure bookings are made and fulfilled.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • To interact with internal/external stakeholders and field engineers on a daily basis and to resolve any associated queries within the specified timescales.

  • To be responsible for the day to day processes and activities required to service the customer requirements

  • Build and maintain a relationship with other teams within clients Managed

  • Applications & Services, to ensure smooth inter-team operation

  • To work closely with our customer to ensure requirements are met and all communications and action are in place and conducted within agreed SLA's.

  • To ensure that the data entered into any of the client Systems is of a high quality

  • and is accurate
