Office Administration and Marketing Services

Central London

£15 p.h.

About the Role:

You will provide office administrative services to our client's growing London office. You will also provide marketing services to their technical staff, and collaborate with US based marketing team on bids.

A typical week would include:

Typical office administrative service tasks, including:

  • Coordinating and managing vendors, suppliers, deliveries for the office etc.

  • Arranging flights/ hotels travel.

  • Booking training, networking and marketing events for the team

Marketing Support would include:

  • Setting up opportunities / projects on our management system

  • Collaborating with UK and US teams to help assemble marketing materials for bids

  • Manage and update our marketing material

  • Formatting of presentations, bids, and documents in Microsoft Word / InDesign

About You

  • Relevant experience in a similar role

  • Microsoft office / InDesign skills

  • A can-do and proactive attitude with enthusiasm and drive

  • The ability to manage and prioritise their own workload

  • The ability to work in a sometimes pressured environment

  • A social and team spirited attitude

  • An ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people
