Adecco Recruitment in Ashford are working with a successful and well-known International Transport company based in Appledore, Kent (15 Minutes from the Ashford town centre) - They are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to join their friendly team on a Permanent Basis!

Position Details:
Job Title: Office Administrator
Hours: Full Time Office Hours
Days: Monday to Friday
Salary: Based on Experience
Location: Appledore, Nr Ashford, Kent
Parking: Available



Duties:
* Telephone answering
* General office administration
* Keeping Logs of Vehicle & Trailer Maintenance, Services & MOTs
* Maintaining spreadsheet records
* Making ferry bookings online including inputting vehicle & load details
* Inputting data on various government websites/ portals to comply with customs and Covid-19 regulations
* Other administration duties as delegated by the Office Manager
