Our client has an exciting opportunity for the right person to join their busy, growing office as an Office Administrator. You will be responsible for looking after administrative tasks for everyone in the office.

  • Processing incoming orders and debits into the system

  • Handling incoming calls

  • Building rapport with sales executives

  • Maximising sales by providing excellent customer service

  • General administrative duties

  • Inputting data into the business system

  • Updating spreadsheets on Excel


  • Experience of handling a high amount of calls

  • Ability to be able to multi task

  • High level of attention to detail

  • Exposure to Microsoft Excel

  • Due to the location, access to a vehicle is necessary
