£18,000-£22,000 (DOE)

35 Hours per week

Our Professional Services client who are an Independent Financial Advisers, are seeking an Office Administrator to join their small team. The are seeking an individual who has an excellent telephone manner and who are confident on the telephone when speaking with High net worth clients.

Duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Opening, scanning and forwarding incoming post and franking outgoing mail

  • Arranging trades people for any repairs

  • Meeting and greeting clients

  • Handling incoming emails - filing or forwarding for action if necessary

  • Booking client review meetings for advisers, updating diaries and producing documents as required

  • Ordering office equipment and stationery

  • Answering telephone calls and dealing with client queries

  • Managing paper client files.

Experience Required:

  • Excellent Telephone Manner

  • Strong use of Microsoft packages; Word, Outlook mainly

  • Excellent organisation and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as a team.

In return our client can offer annual leave entitlement of 20days +8bank holidays working hours Monday-Thursday 9.15am-5.00pm. 9.15-2.30pm on Friday. My Client are based in the centre of Cheltenham, please note there is no parking available.
