Graduate Office Administrator

Work from Home with one day in Central London
£25,000-30,000 plus 10% annual bonus

Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm.

My client, based in Central London, is looking for a full-time, permanent Graduate Office Administrator. You will be working within a small operations team doing a variety of roles, split largely into some HR duties and more traditional administration work.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Running 2 monthly payrolls

  • Raising Agency Worker contracts

  • Raising invoices

  • Assisting in preparing board meetings

  • Updating Xero

  • Conducting pre-employment screening

Essential requirements:

  • Professional conduct across verbal, written or face-to-face communication.

  • Eagerness to learn and progress within the company

  • Administrative experience, including excellent computer skills

  • Organisational excellence

  • Ability to use own initiative

  • Willingness to work amongst a team
