Office Administrator

Location: Pimlico - London

Salary: £12.55 per hour

Duration: 6 months (high potential of being extended)

The hours of work are 09.00 - 17.10

Contract type: Temporary

Roles and responsibilities

  • Good English (written and verbal) skills

  • Accuracy and attention to detail

  • Good numeracy

  • Ability to communicate via email, phone and in person

  • Organised and methodical

  • Ability to stay focus and calm in an environment with conflicting deadlines

  • Ready to work on-site 5 days a week (36-hour week)

  • Willingness to learn and expand skill set

  • Happy to be self-motivated, while working as part of a team

  • Proficient with Outlook, Excel and Word

  • No previous office experience necessary but must want to work in a very busy office environment.
