Central Colchester

One of our clients based in Central Colchester are now hiring for a Administrator to join their team.

Duties will include:-

- Office admin support to include filing and recording keeping, data entry, printing, photocopying

- Monthly reports including training reports

- Answering phone calls, taking messages and transferring

- Booking travel and accommodation

- Scheduling meeting rooms and appointments

- Sorting mail

- Keeping reception area presentable

Essential Skills:

- Strong IT skills, proficient in Microsoft Office

- Excellent organisation skills

Monday-Friday - 8am-5pm - 1 hour unpaid lunch break (40hrs per week)
