Adecco Cramlington are looking for a motivated, passionate and enthusiastic Office Administrator to join our client based in the Northumberland area. Supporting Sales, Purchasing and Planning team with administration duties

Job Summary:

To support the Sales, Purchasing and Planning team with administration duties including producing reports, maintaining records as well as dealing with incoming phone calls, taking care of visitors, handling the shipping of packages and providing general admin support to the factory teams.

Reception Duties

� To answer and deal with all incoming calls swiftly and professionally.

� To take care of visitors to the site.

General Administration

� Provide general ad hoc admin support such as producing letters, spread sheets, filing etc.

� Produce Job Cards.

� Produce weekly reports.

� Co-ordinate the shipping of packages via couriers/post.

� Booking in and expediting purchases.

� Creating sales invoices.

� Any other task as required by management.

Skills & Qualifications (Essential & Desirable)

� Must be highly skilled in the use of Microsoft Office.

� Must have good numeracy and literacy skills.

� Must be a good communicator

� Organised and able to work under own initiative.
