Office Administrator- Haverhill- £20,000-£22,000

I am currently recruiting for an Office Administrator on behalf of our client based in Haverhill, this is a great opportunity for an experienced Administrator that enjoys a fast paced and varied role with a brilliant employer.

Salary: £20,000-£22,000

Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday 08:30-17:00)

Holiday: 20 + Bank Holidays

The role:

  • To provide administration support to the HR, Planning and Facilities functions

  • Purchase office and safety supplies when stocks reach minimum agreed levels

  • General reception duties, answering any incoming enquiries over the phone

  • To maintain Health & Safety documentation

  • To approve working hours for agency staff

  • Coordinate induction process of all new employees making sure the New Employee Checklist is completed for all new starters

What we are looking for?

  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role

  • Proficient in I.T tools such as Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

  • Self motivated and an eye for detail

  • Effectively allocates time and resources necessary to get the job done
