We are recruiting for an Office Administrator to work for a department within a large educational establishment.

The Role:

To provide administrative support to the department

  • Organising rail travel and taxis for staff

  • Ordering and monitoring of office consumables

  • Raising works requests for minor works within the office

  • Maintaining the department distribution lists

  • Organising courier services

  • Booking meeting rooms

  • Ordering catering

  • Raising purchase orders and payment of invoices received

This role is initially for 2 months with a possible extension, interviews are taking place next week.
