Are you a confident, willing to learn, and flexible individual?

We are currently looking for a hard working Administrator to join a small family run business in Colchester. You will be working in a small office with another member of staff.

Your duties will include;

  • Answering the telephone with excellent manner

  • Invoicing bills to customers

  • Sending reminder payment requests and taking payments over the phone

  • Scanning documents

  • Dealing with incoming e-mails

  • Customer queries

  • Inbound/cancelling orders

This is a part- time position covering Tuesday, Wednesdays and Thursday 1pm-6pm and Saturdays 8am-4pm.

The pay rate for this position will be £10ph.

Please note this is a temporary position but could be permanent position for the right candidate.
