We are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator for our client based within the Waterlooville area.

You will be responsible for providing professional administrative support to the office, this is a varied role touching on all aspects of the administrative duties as well as supporting the Finance Manager with all things financial. You will need to have experience dealing with invoiced and or using Sage.



Key Responsibilities:



  • You will be the first point of contact for all enquiries

  • General administrative duties

  • Maintaining general office H&S

  • General diary/calendar management

  • Planning company meetings - invites, refreshments etc.

  • Arranging travel arrangements

  • Coordinate and maintain records

  • Provide marketing support

  • Set up new customers and suppliers

  • Distributing/creating invoices

  • Coding, processing and reconciling invoices/accounts

  • Process employee expenses

  • Raising quotes, placing orders and co-ordinating procurement

  • Produce and issue invoices

  • Build and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients/customers



You must have a strong understanding of office procedures and understanding of the basic principles of finance including accounts processes and procedures. You must have excellent communication skills, be extremely organised and happy to work as a team as well as alone. Good organisational skills applied with a keen eye for detail is a must.
